We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, or reporting to law enforcement authorities.

The Service, including but not limited to its text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall "look and feel," is the exclusive property of topinfluence.xyz or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
